Kuala Lumpur, 28 August 2021 (TDI): Malaysian Ministry of Foreign Affairs issued a statement strongly condemning the terrorist attack in Kabul on 26 August 2021. The attack took place at Hamid Karzai International Airport in Kabul. It resulted in the tragic death of many innocent lives and many others severely injured. The official statement issued by Wisma Putra conveys the strong and deepest feelings of condolences expressed by the Government of Malaysia. It also expressed sympathies to the family of the 245 victims of the incident. The press release was concluded by praying for the recovery of the 150 injured in the Kabul attack.
