Main Naval Parade in Russia Exhibited 50 ships from around the globe including Pakistan

St.Petersburg – 26 July 2021 (TDI):   On Navy Day, July 25, Main Naval Parade was conducted in St Petersburg and Kronshtadt. This parade is held every year on the last Sunday of July. President Vladimir Putin also attended these Naval drills and the parade.

This year marks the 325th anniversary of Russia’s navy. The missile cruiser “Marshal Ustinov,” the frigate “Admiral Kasatonov,” and the strategic missile submarine “Krasnodar” were among the 54 ships that participated in the parade. The exhibition included ships from India, Pakistan, and Iran’s navy.

More than 40 aircraft and helicopters took part in the aerial portion of the parade, featuring fighters like the Su-33, Su-27, and MiG-29, as well as Mi-8, Ka-31R, and others.

The Pakistani frigate Zulfikar took part in the Parade as well. The Figrate Zulfiqar participated in anti-piracy maneuvers (Arabian Monsoon 2021) in the Baltic Sea with the Russian navy.
