Libyan Undersecretary Visits Central African Republic

Bangui, 6 September 2021 (TDI):  Libyan Undersecretary of Ministry of Foreign Affairs Mohammed Khalil Issa officially visited Bangui, the capital of the Central African Republic, on Saturday, in order to facilitate bilateral affairs.
Undersecretary Mohammed Khalil Issa was accompanied by several members of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation, as well as members of LAICO on Foreign Investments. Mohammed Khalil Issa met with the President of the Central African Republic, Faustin-Archange Touadera, in the presence of Prime Minister Henry Marie Dondra, Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Central African Republic Sylvie Baibo Timon, and several other ministers.
Negotiations were held to activate the role of the Sahel-Saharan Community and bilateral cooperation between Libya and the Central African Republic on multi-million dollar investments in Libya.
With that, the Undersecretary has delivered a written message from the President of the Presidential Council to his counterpart in the Central African Republic and two written messages from the Prime Minister of the Government of National Unity to President Faustin-Archange Touadera, and his Prime Minister Henry Marie Dondra to strengthen relations between the two countries.
