Learning Languages such as English, Russian, Arabic, Persian, Tajik and others let the learners to open the closed doors for themselves. Language is an important part of how people interact with each other because it is the most basic way to share ideas and information. Whenever we walk through any language’s centers, we can find the leaners with full of energy, happy smiling face, and engaging life stories. The learners with their language teachers spend useful time discussing different subjects such as sports, music, artists, history, travel, customs and traditions locally and globally.
By such means, Languages can foster diplomacy and cross-cultural understanding, playing as bridge cultural gaps, promoting empathy, tolerance and open-mindedness among the language learners accordingly.
President of Tajikistan Emomali Rahmon considered Language as a mirror that clearly reflects the face of the nation. Therefore, he encourages the youths to learn the foreign languages suggesting that “we should appreciate this, and at the same time attach paramount importance to the study of Russian and English as languages of international communication.”
To be strong, successful and self-confident in the life one must find out the good way or methods to be followed accordingly. One of the techniques is seeking knowledge. It is the best method for personal growth and progress. That is why we as teachers, researchers, educators always seek knowledge and learn from others. The learning will help us build educational society where all people live under the sky of wisdom, wealth and prosperity.
National academy of sciences of Tajikistan, especially its Institute of Asia and European studies with cooperation of University of Central Asia and support of US Embassy in Tajikistan commenced to make such modern educational society through foreign learning language programs.
It is worth recalling that diplomatic relations between the Republic of Tajikistan and the United States of America were established on February 14, 1992. Accordingly, in March of that year, the United States Embassy in Tajikistan was opened. Subsequently as active participants of team we thank the staff of US Embassy and the School of Professional and Continuing Education of UCA in Tajikistan for their support and cooperation.

The language instructor of the course was Sohibnazarova Davlatbegim who is very knowledgeable, experienced and helpful. She continuously guides and motivates the learners by using brainstorming and latest learning materials. The organizing educational trips to different places of Tajikistan specially Almasy valley of Hisar region was outstanding and useful.
Such trips are really key to language development and country tourism discovery and promotion. The valley makes its visitors realize, recognize and feel the splendors of lovely Tajikistan. Its good weather, fresh waters, fruitful gardens, incredible mountains, meandrous ways and modern football stadium with swimming pools attract local and international visitors, especially during special seasons of the year.
Such environment really helps the researchers of Institute to improve and share their educational knowledge especially language skill with others efficiently. At the same time, it also provides more opportunities for introducing and promoting Tajikistan culture, tradition, science and tourism opportunity features to people of the world.
Finally, we can say that the educational trips are key for language learner, especially its different language games such as Q/A, teamwork and case studies are very helpful to be more creative, intelligent and wise thinker.
It will be more affective for graduated English team of Tajikistan National Academy of Sciences to be supported by US Embassy for academic programs with integrated study tours of the U.S. Institutes (SUSI) for Scholars whose purpose is providing foreigners and other scholars the opportunity to deepen their understanding of U.S. society, culture, and institutions.
In fact, through the study of foreign languages especially English, Russian and others the learners also get acquainted with the literature and culture of other nations. As educational researcher we request and recommend such educational trip to be organized instantly by all heads of schools, institutes and language learners using the attractive places of our lovely, peaceful country.
The Language learning is key to unlock Cultural Cooperation among people. It provides strong people-to-people ties, languages, cultural cooperation, youth interactions, media cooperation, health development, technology knowledge sharing, arts and craft, and history will improve togetherness, understanding, and mutual trust. Its goal is to bridge the gap between different sides.

In addition, this can help people from different cultures communicate better with each other. As a society’s cultural practices and linguistic patterns shape the way people think, act, and communicate with the outside world, and communicate with each other friendly and factually.
Therefore, we propose the PEACE framework module for strengthening public diplomacy. This unique way of promoting peace, productivity, economizing natural resources and prosperity through active activities, practical applications, continuous cooperation, and effectively expunging the impending human threats to support states successfully.
