Kazakhstan PM Reaches Islamabad for SCO Meeting

Islamabad (TDI): The Prime Minister of Kazakhstan, Olyasov Bakhtinov arrived in Islamabad today to attend the SCO Summit.

Federal Minister for Privatization, Abdul Aleem Khan warmly received the visiting Prime Minister at Islamabad International Airport.

He extended Pakistan’s hospitability and a warm welcome on behalf of the government.

During the reception, Abdul Aleem Khan expressed his enthusiasm for the holding of the SCO Summit in Pakistan, emphasizing that this major event will have far-reaching positive impacts on regional cooperation.

The Convening of the SCO Summit in Islamabad is a great opportunity. It will foster stronger ties and cooperation among member states, bringing positive effects to the entire region.

The Federal Minister also outlined Pakistan’s commitment to fostering bilateral relations with Central Asian countries, particularly Kazakhstan.

Pakistan gives special importance to its relations with Central Asian States, and Kazakhstan is a key partner for Pakistan.

“This Summit presents a unique chance to further enhance trade, business activities, and cooperation between the two nations.” Federal Minister stated.

In his response, Prime Minister Olyasov Bakhtinov echoed the importance of strengthening bilateral ties.

“Kazakhstan and Pakistan can be good partners and useful to each other. We look forward to developing our cooperation in multiple areas, including trade and investment,” said the Kazakh Prime Minister.

As the official host during the Kazkha Prime Minister’s stay, Abdul Aleem Khan assured Prime Minister Olyasov Bakhtinov that he would have a pleasant and productive visit to Islamabad.
