Hounslow, 9 August 2024 (TDI): Katie Price got arrested by the police upon her arrival at Heathrow Airport due to her absence at court.
The former beauty model was the subject of an arrest warrant issued on July 30, after her absence at a court appearance about her bankruptcies.
At 19:45 BST, the Metropolitan Police said that a 46-year-old lady had been taken into custody at Heathrow.
A judge at the Royal Courts of Justice will see Katie Price later on Friday. After coming back to the UK, Price was taken into custody.
Pictures of Price near police vans at the airport with bandages covering her face have got viral on social media.
In both November 2019 and March of this year, she was declared bankrupt.
During a hearing in February, Price was mandated to pay forty percent of her monthly earnings from the website OnlyFans for the following three years, concerning her initial bankruptcy.
In March, she was officially declared bankrupt a second time due to an outstanding tax debt exceeding £750,000.

Katie Price had been given “very clear warnings” that she needed to show up for the hearing on July 30, according to previous Insolvency and Companies Court Judge Catherine Burton.
Attorneys for the trustees of her two bankruptcies were scheduled to cross-examine her in the London bankruptcy court over her financial situation.
When she failed to show up for future court appearances, the judge threatened to have her arrested and stated that if she was unable to appear, proof had to be given.
However, Price had reportedly visited Turkiye, the court heard.
Price had not given a reason for her absence from the court session, according to Judge Burton, who issued the arrest warrant.
Judge Burton went on to say that although the model had only provided “piecemeal co-operation” and had neglected to submit the “most basic information” regarding her bankruptcies, the arrest warrant had not been issued “lightly”.
