-

Khatlon, 10 August 2021 (TDI): On Tuesday, a joint exercise involving soldiers from Russia, Tajikistan, and Uzbekistan concluded smoothly at the Harb-Maidon training area, Tajikistan. Colonel-General Alexander Lapin, Russian Commander of the Central Military District, made the announcement.

More than 2500 military troops were involved as well as 500 units of weapons and military equipment. Colonel-General highlighted that the drill was held because of the deteriorating situation and the threats of radical groups infiltrating Central Asian border countries. He showed confidence that future collaborative military activities will help protect three countries against any military aggression.
