Washington (TDI): Citing provocative remarks by Republican candidate Donald Trump, who continues to deny his defeat in 2020, President Joe Biden stated on Friday that he was not sure the US election in November would be peaceful.
Legislators and analysts expressed concerns about the increasingly aggressive campaign rhetoric in the run-up to the election, which prompted Biden’s warning.
After losing to Joe Biden in 2020, Trump—who escaped an attempted murder in July and an apparent plot in September—claimed there had been widespread fraud. Infuriated by his fabrications, Trump supporters sacked the Capitol.
“It will undoubtedly be fair and free. Speaking on the election with reporters, Biden said, “I’m not sure if it will be peaceful.”
The remarks given by Trump, both previously and in the past, when he was unhappy with the election results, were extremely risky.

After hundreds of his fans, inspired to “fight like hell” by the defeated Republican, beaten police and broke down doors and smashed glass at the Capitol, Trump was impeached in 2021 for instigating the uprising.
He was charged in connection with what the prosecution claims was a “private criminal effort” to rig the election that resulted in the violence.
Trump encouraged an “angry crowd” to obstruct the vote’s certification after “everything else had failed,” according to the indictment.
Trump has often been criticized for his aggressive statements. This weekend, he plans to return to Butler, Pennsylvania, the location of his first attempted assassination.
Accompanying his vice president Kamala Harris in her preparation to challenge Trump, Biden added his voice to the criticism during his first appearance as president in the White House briefing room, where he highlighted the economic achievements of the Democrats.

One of the biggest prizes in the 2024 election map is Georgia, a swing state that Trump won in 2016 but Biden narrowly claimed four years ago. Trump was planning to campaign there on Friday.
