Islamabad 3rd August 2024 (TDI): Islamabad Electric Supply Company (IESCO) Spokesman, announced that the company has extended the deadline for payment of electricity bills for the month of July 2024 by 10 days.
The extension comes as a relief to customers who were facing difficulties due to the delayed arrival of electricity bills and heavy charges for the month of July. According to spokesperson, the extension has been granted on the directives of the Prime Minister of Pakistan.
Customers can now pay their bills without any additional surcharge until the extended deadline. Spokesperson also announced that customers who have already paid the surcharge will be adjusted in their August 2024 bills.
IESCO has issued necessary instructions to its offices, banks, and post offices to facilitate customers. For further information, customers can contact their relevant Sub Divisional Officer (SDO) Revenue offices or nearby Customer Service Centers.
