Iraqi Undersecretary for political affairs meets his Turkish counterparts

Baghdad, 8 October 2021 (TDI): The Ministry of Foreign Affairs, headed by the UnderSecretary for political planning affairs, Saleh Al-Tamimi, met the Turkish counterpart, Yavuz Selim Kiran. The president of Iraq, Barham Salih, met his counterpart of Turkey, Recep Tayyip Erdogan. The Iraqi Foreign Minister, Fouad Hussein, talked about the issues discussed at the United Nations General Assembly in New York.
The leaders of both countries conversed on the importance of bilateral relations between Turkey and Iraq.
At the end of the meeting, the agent said to Turkey for the visit to Baghdad for further procedures and developmental discussions.
