Islamabad (TDI): Chairman of the Chinese company COPHC Mr Yubo called on Federal Minister for Commerce Jam Kamal Khan to discuss proposals to activate and enhance trade activities at Gwadar Port on Wednesday.
During the meeting, the COPHC chairman suggested boosting operations at the port and sought the government’s support to increase trade through Gwadar.

The Commerce Chairman welcomed Mr Yobo’s suggestion and assured the government’s full backing in this regard.
The minister also reaffirmed Pakistan’s commitment to enhancing Gwadar’s trade capacity in accordance with Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif’s priorities for the region.
