German culture officer visits Lahore fort

Lahore: July 12, 2021-(TDI) Today, Christine Rosenberg, Head of Press and Culture officer in the German embassy Islamabad, visited Lahore Fort. German Ambassador to Pakistan Bernhard  Schlagheck shared Ms. Christine’s visit on his Twitter account. He also appreciates the craftsman working tirelessly for the restoration of the sites. Ms. Christine examined the restoration work done under the supervision of the Aga Khan Development Network and the Walled City of Lahore Authority. She also took a picture in front of the historical picture wall.
It’s been more than a decade since the Aga Khan Development Network is working with the Government of Pakistan on various historical projects. Since 2014, Agha Khan has been working with Walled City Lahore Authority for the preservation of the picture wall and Lahore fort. German and Royal Norwegian embassies partnered with Aga Khan Development Network and Walled City Lahore Authority on different restoration projects.
