Baku, 7 July 2022 (TDI): The Azerbaijani Ministry of Foreign Affairs has organized a Diplomacy Week. The ADA University and the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Azerbaijan jointly organized Diplomacy Week.
The theme of the Diplomacy Week is “Peace and reconstruction efforts of Azerbaijan in the post-conflict phase.”

Vice-rector of ADA University, Fariz Ismailzade, addressed the group and extended greetings. Young volunteers attended the inauguration event, while the Foreign Minister of Azerbaijan, Jeyhun Bayramov addressed the event.
At the opening ceremony of the Week of Diplomacy with the participation of young volunteers Foreign Minister Jeyhun Bayramov said that with the bravery of the Azerbaijani army, eternal Azerbaijani lands, which were under occupation for 30 years were liberated in the 44-day war.
He also said that it is one of the glorious pages of Azerbaijani history.” The Foreign Minister stated that the major goal of the third annual Diplomacy Week is to create engaging programs with volunteers and young people.
He claimed that it is especially for individuals with an interest in the subject, allowing them to discuss the most pressing topics and learn about Azerbaijan’s viewpoint on them.
Jeyhun Bayramov stated that the post-conflict phase presents an excellent potential for both Azerbaijan and the region. At the highest level, it was suggested that Armenia work on a peace accord while Azerbaijan has already made concrete moves in this area.
Remarks of the Turkish Ambassador to Azerbaijan
Cahit Bagci Turkish Ambassador to Azerbaijan addressed the participants of Diplomacy Week on Turkiye-Azerbaijan alliance and relations after the Shusha Declaration.”
The Turkish Ambassador highlighted the new regional realities and Turkiye’s Role in the reconstruction and development of Karabakh.
Ambassador Cahit further said that establishing good ties with neighboring countries was one of the significant issues. He further said that cooperation should be expanded by establishing normal relations with neighboring countries
In addition, he added that cooperation with neighbors is necessary and valuable and that Turkiye is interested in the development of healthy and peaceful relations with Georgia and Iran.
