Islamabad, 6 October 2021 (TDI): The Foreign Minister of Pakistan, Shah Mahmood Qureshi met the Chairman of Pakistan-EU Friendship Federation, Pervez Iqbal Lohsar today at the foreign office.
The matters of mutual interests and situation of the Pakistani diaspora living in European countries came under discussion. Shah Mahmood stated that Pakistanis living in Europe are playing an important role in boosting Pakistan-EU relations.
Following, that well-being is one of the top priorities of the government, he said he had given instructions to Pakistani embassies around the world to work for welfare for overseas Pakistanis.
As an NGO, the Pakistan-EU Federation was founded in 2005. Its headquarters is based in Brussels, Belgium. The Federation is working in all European countries to enhance the so as soft image of Pakistan throughout Europe.
