Islamabad, 22 August 2021 (TDI): On August 22, Foreign Minister Shah Mahmood Qureshi talked to European Union Minister for Foreign Affairs Josep Borrell.
He said that being a neighbor country the peace in Afghanistan is imperative for Pakistan and the region.
He added that the security of the Afghan people is the prime focus of Islamabad.
Shah Mahmood Qureshi further expressed that Islamabad believed an all-inclusive political setting is a sole solution to Afghanistan. It is high time, the world community assisted the people of Afghanistan.
Islamabad helped evacuate diplomatic personnel, staff, and others from Afghanistan, he added.
