Islamabad, 10 August 2021 (TDI): A Female Mentoring Program initiated by the GIZ Pakistan, a German development company, supports the Sustainable Development Goals 5: Gender equality. The main aim and purpose of this program are to empower women for effective participation and equal opportunities and moreover, focused on leadership at all levels of decision making.
GIZ Pakistan stresses the significance of the Sustainable Development Goals SDGs and on implementing various projects related to it. Natascha Ahmed a mentor of the Female Mentoring Program stated, “Being a mentor for the Female Mentoring Program has been a great opportunity for self-reflection. It’s another admirable step by GIZ Pakistan towards women’s leadership development.”
