Kabul, 12 August 2021 (TDI): An extensive meeting of the extended Troika was held in Doha. The countries that took part in the meeting include Pakistan, China, Russia, and the US. It was negotiated during the meeting that there is no military solution for the Afghan conflict. To pursue peace and stability, political settlement and peaceful resolution are significant.
The actors expressed their commitment to peace and stability as well as peaceful resolution for Afghanistan. The security situation in Afghanistan was also the center of discussion. It was emphasized that the international community’s support is required to establish peace in Afghanistan and the region.
