Dubai (TDI): The Consulate General of Pakistan in Dubai, in partnership with New Horizon, held Career Fair 2025 this week, creating hundreds of job opportunities for Pakistani nationals in the UAE.
The two-day event, held on August 6 and 7, featured walk-in interviews for more than 600 available driver positions.
Out of 476 eligible applicants who attended, 311 were shortlisted to advance to the road test stage.
Consul General Hussain Muhammad commended the Community Welfare Wing of the Consulate for its role in making the fair a success.

He said the initiative was part of the Consulate’s ongoing commitment to help the Pakistani community secure better employment in the Emirates, adding that similar events would continue in collaboration with trusted partners.
Applicants were required to have a valid UAE driving licence issued at least six months prior, basic English communication skills, and a good understanding of local road networks.

Successful candidates will receive a package that includes medical insurance, an RTA card, and other benefits.
