Dubai, 2 September 2024 (TDI): Amna Khaishgi has launched an educational project for Palestinian children affected by conflict. She is a prominent Dubai-based Pakistani edupreneur who chairs a Canada-based Early Learning and Child Care company.
Amna Khaishgi is dedicated to empowering Gaza’s children and equipping them with the tools to become future leaders. Her main goal is to educate a maximum number of children as they are the first collateral of any war. Right education can protect them, she added.
Harnessing Technology to Educate Displaced Children
Amna Khaishgi’s initiative revolves around the use of modern technology to reach children whenever they need it and wherever they are. She highlighted that geographic distances can no longer hinder today’s interconnected world.
It only depends upon the interest and admission inquiries of the children. Moreover, the program will focus on the early education of children primarily from kindergarten to grade 5.
Fostering Hope and Stability Amid Conflict
Khaishgi said that her main motivation is a deep sense of responsibility. She stressed the urgency of supporting and empowering Gaza’s children. The place is irrelevant; reaching out and empowering the children is what matters, she explained.
The initiative will ensure continuity in education until these children can return to their routine lives. Only the right education can neutralize the traumas of war, Khaishgi added.
She is committed to making a meaningful impact. “Numbers are irrelevant. We have the resources to support this project and will ensure that each child under our care is empowered with education,” she mentioned.
