Kabul, 25 August 2021 (TDI): Dr. Abdullah Abdullah, the Chairman of the High Council for National Reconciliation Afghanistan, along with Hamid Karzai conducted a constructive meeting with Bahadur Aminian, the Ambassador of Iran to Afghanistan.
It was decided during the discussion that the best way to ensure Afghanistan’s stability would be through political and democratic solutions.
They also emphasized the importance of the two countries’ bilateral and diplomatic ties. Afghanistan must maintain positive relations with the international community and build a government that is inclusive.
It was acknowledged that the stability of Afghanistan ensures the stability of the region. It is required for the international community to support Afghanistan with regional and international legitimacy.
