Prague, 29 October 2021(TDI): The Republic of Czechoslovakia celebrated its national day with zeal and zest yesterday. The Czech Republic declared its independence on 28th October 1918 from Austro-Hungarian Empire.
On its national day, the Foreign Minister of the Czech Republic Jakub Kulhanek greeted his nation. In his message, Foreign Minister Kulhanek said that Czechoslovakia was established on principles of democracy and freedom. And, his country is striving relentlessly to play its positive role as a responsible member of the international community.
Additionally, Countries from around the world congratulated Czechoslovakia on its 103rd anniversary.
US Mission to NATO congratulated the Czech Republic. In its message, the US reiterated its support and continued commitment to Czechoslovakia to ensure peace and prosperity in the region.

Bulgarian Foreign Ministry also greeted the Czech Republic on its national day. In its message, Bulgaria expressed its desire for continued good cooperation between the two countries in the future for the prosperity of the European region.
