CPC and World Political Parties Summit held in Beijing


Beijing: July 6, 2021 –(TDI):  The Communist Party of China and World Political party summit was held on Tuesday in Beijing. The major political parties from all around the world joined the summit via video link.

CPC invited political parties from almost 160 plus countries. More than 500 heads of political parties and over 10,000 party delegates attended the summit.

The summit was held under the theme ‘Seeking happiness for the people’ focusing on the idea of all political parties working together for the betterment of humanity.

The summit was organized by CPC to foster interactions and collaborative understanding of governance experience with political parties globally. The summit will encourage better knowledge of China and the CPC, and the CPC will also stress its concern for the welfare and fate of humanity, Hu Zhaoming, spokesperson for the International Department of the CPC said earlier on Monday.

China’s President Xi Jinping chaired the summit from Beijing and also addressed the event. PM of Pakistan Imran Khan representing Pakistan Tehreek –e- Insaf also joined the summit. Chairman Peoples Party Bilawal Bhutto Zardari also became part of the summit via video link.
