Islamabad: 10,June 2021-(TDI): The Chinese Ambassador to Pakistan Nong Rong met with Chief of Staff of the Army General Kamar Javed Bajwa, at the headquarters Yesterday. The meeting discussed issues of common concern, regional security situation, bilateral cooperation in various fields, and the update of the (CPEC) China-Pakistan Economic Corridor. The Chief Of Army Staff appreciated China for its firm support to Pakistan during the hard times of the pandemic.
Ambassador also showed appreciation for Pakistan’s active role in the region and promised to play a role in further strengthening diplomatic cooperation between the two countries.
