Classical Music Night by French Embassy Blends Three Cultures

Islamabad (TDI): A classical music night, organized by the French embassy in Pakistan, brought together Ukrainian singer, French pianist, and Pakistani violinist together on stage at Islamabad club.

The trio performed classical French and European music to perfection, mesmerizing the audience with the shared language of music across cultures.

The singer was Ukrainian mezzo-soprano Sofia Anisimova, joined by pianist Guillem Aubry. As a guest violinist, Pakistani performer Ustad Raees Khan added extra charm to the opera tunes.

The stage setting reminded the audience of the old school charm of opera performances across Europe as Ukrainian songs blended with Pakistani rhythm and French tunes.

French Ambassador to Pakistan, Nicolas Galey, was also present among the audience and presented the performers with bouquets.

In a post on social media app X, the French embassy thanked the performers and the Islamabad club for hosting the night.
