Geneva, 21 September 2021 (TDI): Chen Xu, Chinese Ambassador and Permanent Representative of China to the United Nations office in Geneva, at the 48th session of United Nations Human Rights Council (UNHRC) called on each and every Member State of the United Nations to collaborate in protecting the shared values of development, justice, humanity, peace, equity, freedom, and democracy.
Chen on behalf of other countries also asserted the protection and promotion of human rights and the development of a community that has a shared future. He emphasized that security and peace is the only key to protect and promote human rights.
