Beijing (TDI): China has issued a reactionary statement on the sparking statements issued by United States President Donald Trump, “The United States will take over Gaza, as it indicates the “Rivera of the Middle East.’’ This statement has created a bombshell in the entire world. In this regard, China said, “Gaza belongs to the Palestinians’ and that it is opposed to ‘forced displacement.’
In this regard, on Sunday, at Air Force One, Trump said Gaza should be considered as the “big real-estate site” and other countries in the Middle East could be tasked with handling its redevelopment.

On the 4th of February, he told this plan during a press conference at the White House, where he categorically stated that the US would take over Gaza soon. After a while, this sparking statement shivered the world and showed sympathy for the Palestinians.
Moreover, the United States President Donald Trump entered the Oval Office on the 20th of January. He carried out many executive actions, including the deportation of migrants, applying tariffs on neighboring countries, and passing suspicious statements on the Middle East in general and Gaza, in particular.
In this regard, this controversial statement created a bombshell in the power corridors of the international community, not only from the community but also from his own house, which raised questions. After a while, his administration kept on issuing clarification that any resettlement of Palestinians from Gaza would be temporary. Trump also focused on the resettlement plan of Gaza: ‘’Palestinians could be settled in far safer and more beautiful’’ communities in the region.
After Trump’s statement, the entire world responded immediately. Palestine has the utmost importance in the Islamic world, and the resistance from the Palestinians is unbelievable. The responses from the international communities are Australia, the European Union (EU), and the United Nations (UN).
On Sunday, Hamas, the Palestinian group that governs Gaza, the leading party in that conflict, reasserted that his latest remarks were “absurd.”
Simultaneously, Izzat al-Risheq, a member of the Hamas political bureau, said on Telegram that Gaza is not a property that can be purchased and sold, and it belongs to the occupied Palestinian land.
The United Nations Secretary-General Antonio Guterres showed a shocking reaction to the controversial displacement plan shared by Trump; he addressed the proposal during remarks to the Committee on the Exercise of the Inalienable Rights of the Palestinian People at the United Nations.
In the search for solutions on Gaza, we must not make the problem worse.
It is vital to stay true to the bedrock of international law.
It is essential to avoid any form of ethnic cleansing.

“We must not make the problem worse,” Guterres said, in part, referring to Trump’s comments Tuesday but not addressing them directly or naming the U.S. president, adding: “It is vital to stay true to the bedrock of international law. It is essential to avoid any form of ethnic cleansing.”
