The 19th China ASEAN Expo

Nanning, 28 July 2022 (TDI): The China ASEAN Expo (CAExpo) praised the Indonesian pavilion at the upcoming expo. The 19th China ASEAN Expo will be held in September 2022. The event will take place in Nanning in the South Chinese Region.

The Indonesian pavilion in the CAExpo has always remained a pavilion of attraction. The previous year’s exhibition was the 18th China ASEAN Expo. Indonesian dancers outfitted in traditional dresses had brought unusual tastes to the last year’s expo.

The Indonesian pavilion featured a variety of Indonesian characteristics. It included attractions such as mellow civet coffee, unique agarwood decorations, stunning Batik, and many more. This year’s exhibition will take place from September 16th to September 19th.

Preparations and Pavilions of Expo

The China-ASEAN Expo is an annual event with endless potential. The exhibition will use a new innovative approach that combines online and physical channels. According to a statement on the expo’s official website, there will be 102,000 square meters of exhibition space and 5,400 booths.

The arrangements are going smoothly, with increased demand for exhibits as ASEAN nations actively engage in the expo.

Myanmar has also participated in the China-ASEAN Expo annually in Nanning since 2004. Myanmar firm entrepreneurs attended the CAExpo physically and represented Myanmar products everywhere.

However, they could not visit the displays beginning with the 17th China-ASEAN Expo owing to COVID-19 pandemic limitations. As a result, the People’s Republic of China’s commercial partners will exhibit the items.

The China-ASEAN Expo will feature items from Myanmar in 30 booths. In addition to the items, the expo will showcase the scenery of prominent places in Myanmar and traditional festivals.

Besides these two countries, there will be pavilions of Pakistan, Singapore, Thailand, Vietnam, Laos, Cambodia, Indonesia and the Philippines at the 19th Expo.
