Islamabad: 27, July 2021- (TDI): General Ruzani Mapwanya, the commander of the South African Defence Force, who is on an official visit to Pakistan, met with the Chairman of the Joint Chiefs of Staff, General Nadim Raz, at the headquarters of the Joint Chiefs of Staff in Rawalpindi. During the meeting, the two sides discussed bilateral cooperation, security, and the current regional situation. Political leaders postpone the expansion of the scale and scope of the military confrontation between the two countries, confirming that they will continue to build closer relations. The visitors praised the professionalism of the Pakistan Armed Forces and paid tribute to their victims in the fight against terrorism. Prior to this, when the Joint Chiefs of Staff arrived, an elegant Tri-service contingent presented the Guard of Honor to the arriving senior dignitaries.
