Washington, 10 September 2021(TDI): US Secretary of State Antony Blinken corresponded with Muhammad bin Abdurahman bin Al-Thani who is the Deputy Prime Minister and Minister for Foreign Affairs of Qatar. The US Secretary Blinken appreciated Qatar’s efforts in evacuation from Kabul.
Secretary Blinken also expressed his gratitude to Foreign Minister for hosting him during his visit to Qatar this week and praised Qatar’s support and work in the safe evacuation of US citizens and other Afghans from Kabul.
