Azerbaijan’s Foreign Minister receives Romanian Ambassador

Baku, 8 October 2021 (TDI): Azerbaijan’s Foreign Minister, Jeyhun Bayramov received the newly appointed Ambassador of Romania to Azerbaijan, Vasile Soare.

The Ambassador presented his credentials to the Minister. Minister Jeyhun Bayramov congratulated the Ambassador on his appointment. Also, expressed satisfaction with the cooperation between the two countries. The Minister stressed the potential for further development of bilateral relations between Baku and Bucharest.

Minister Jeyhun Bayramov spoke about the current situation in the region. He discussed the restoration and construction work in the liberated areas. He mentioned the new realities after the settlement of the conflict with Armenia. Ambassador Vasile Soare on his part said that bilateral relations are based on the principle of respect for the territorial integrity of International law.

The Ambassador spoke about the prospects for expanding the existing partnership between the two countries. Both parties stressed the importance of developing bilateral cooperation in all areas. They underscore the determination to make full use of existing opportunities in this regard. Minister Jeyhun Bayramov wished Ambassador Vasile Soare success in his work.
