Baku, 17 August 2022 (TDI): The Embassy of the Republic of Azerbaijan to the Islamic Republic of Pakistan has announced that the fifteenth Verona Eurasian Economic Forum will be held in Baku, the capital of Azerbaijan.

The Embassy shared the news in a tweet on Wednesday.

This is the first time Azerbaijan will host the Forum. The event will take place on 28th and 29th October 2022.

Objectives of the Eurasian Economic Forum

The event’s goal is to advance the commercial discourse in Greater Eurasia. Furthermore, by doing so, Baku will demonstrate its significance and necessary international footprint, boosted by its enormous trade and economic capacity.

Aside from that, the participants in the discussion will look into greater details concerning the special economic measures. The details regarding the perception of the possibilities and prospects for Azerbaijan and its developing economy in a world undergoing rapid change will be discussed.

Additionally, logistics and transport and their management will be discussed. Also, global and regional trade areas and the economic cooperation hit by other constraints following the pandemic will be contemplated.

Moving ahead, the participants will particularly emphasize the breakdown providing established links that may build collaborative connections.

Moreover, the prevalent change in the environment and natural gas becoming the future fuel source is on the agenda to be discussed.

Hence, the Forum may serve to provide mutual benefits to the nations.

Along these lines, the event will address the questions related to the above-mentioned focal subjects.

These questions will address concerns and issues like the opportunities for the development of the natural gas industry in the market, the use of methane in power generation, industry, and utilities, and lastly, the investment and logistics prospects for the industry.
