Azerbaijan designated Khazar Nadir Oglu Farhadov as new Ambassador to Pakistan

Islamabad- 19 July 2021 (TDI) According to the Azerbaijan embassy to Pakistan, with the certainty of the signed order, Azerbaijan has designated Khazar Nadir Oglu Farhadov as its new Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary to Pakistan.

 The Azerbaijani embassy in Pakistan delineated today that Azerbaijani President Ilham Aliyev has issued an order to replace the country’s top envoy in Pakistan and has signed an order appointing Khazar Farhadov as Azerbaijan’s extraordinary and plenipotentiary ambassador to Pakistan. Farhadov has taken the role of Ali Fikrat Oglu Alizadeha, who served as Azerbaijan’s ambassador to Pakistan for the past five years.

Ali Alizada paid a farewell visit to Chief of Army Staff (COAS) General Qamar Javed Bajwa at General Headquarters (GHQ) earlier this month. COAS thanked the diplomat for his services in Pakistan and acknowledged his valuable contribution in consolidating Pak-Azerbaijan relations and ensuring regional peace.
