Canberra, 28 October 2021 (TDI): Australian Prime Minister, Scott Morrison underscored his country’s commitment in East Asia Summit, to work with ASEAN. Australia has reaffirmed its commitment to work under ASEAN over its Indo-Pacific outlook.
Australian Department of Foreign Affairs and Trade on its twitter account shared the country’s vision to work constructively on key regional challenges.
Through forums like the East Asia Summit, 🇦🇺 works constructively on key regional challenges. Earlier, through Australia-ASEAN summit, Australia agreed with South East Asian Nations to establish constructive strategic partnership.
Australia is also a part of four member states alliance of US, Japan and India, known as Quad. Recently, Australia also promoted its ties with US and UK signing a deal and made an alliance, AUKUS.
