Kuala Lumpur, 6 August 2021 (TDI): The ASEAN Plus Three countries – China, South Korea, and Japan – expressed their commitment at the ASEAN Foreign Minister’s Meeting to assist ASEAN in response to the Covid-19 pandemic. That said, the countries will commit to strengthen the foundation of the ASEAN Comprehensive Recovery Framework (ACRF) and provide aid to the Covid-19 ASEAN Response Fund.
