NEXT Federation New Zealand conferred Asif Noor with Hurricane Lamp Top Award for Policy Coordination in 2020, conferred by the former Prime Minister of Egypt.

She is a student of International Relations, currently pursuing a postgraduate degree at Kinnaird College for Women. Her research interests include International Relations theory, European history, sociocultural studies, race and ethnic studies, media and politics, and gender studies. Aiman has presented her research papers at a number of international conferences and workshops.
