Barcelona, 10 July 2023 (TDI): Ekkaphab Phanthavong, Deputy Secretary-General of the Association of Southeast Asian Nations (ASEAN), actively engaged in the 44th Asia-Europe Foundation Board of Governors Meeting (ASEFBoG44) held in Barcelona, Spain, on 6th and 7th July.
This crucial gathering convened esteemed delegates from across Asia and Europe to explore the expansion of cultural and people-to-people connections through ASEF initiatives.
