Turkey opens a new Market Consulate General in Serbia

Ankara, 30 August 2021 (PDI): Turkish Minister of Foreign Affairs inaugurated a new Consulate General in Novi Pazar in an official visit to Serbia. In addition to opening the Consulate General, bilateral talks about trade and the overall security of the region were discussed.

The ministry of foreign affairs of Turkey made an announcement of the visit of the Turkish Foreign Minister to Serbia.

According to the statement on his arrival in Serbia, Minister Cavugusoglu will be received by the President, the Speaker of the Parliament, and the Serb Prime Minister.

Turkey will open a new Market Consulate General in Serbia to further strengthen the trade ties between Serbia and Turkey. A meeting between the Business community of Serbia and the Turkish Foreign Minister is also expected during the visit.
