Sultan of Oman gives Civil Order to Japan

Muscat, 12 November 2021 (TDI): The Sultan of Oman, Haitham bin Tarik, has granted the Civil Order of Oman, 2nd class, to the Excellency of Japan, Yasutoshi Nishimura. The civil order by Oman had the recognition of all his efforts and hard work in strengthening the bilateral relations between the Sultanate of Oman and Japan. The meeting took place at the Omani Embassy’s Chancery in Tokyo.

Both countries share friendly ties that include the political, economic, military, investment sectors, and diplomatic relations for so many decades. The people of Oman maintained their traditions and culture, and they have good relations with Japan. Oman considered Japan as one of the model nations in the national building. The head of Oman stated that they are adopting cultural activities to promote the Omani agreements in Japan.

The cooperation by the Oman-Japan partnership and various people who have an association with Japan also was extended. Likewise, the Sultanate of Oman’s Ambassador to Japan, Mohammed Albusaidi, was also present at the ceremony.
