Somali PM received Commander Of Ugandan Infantry

Mogadishu, 28 September 2021 (TDI): Mohamed Hussein Roble, the incumbent Prime Minister of the Federal Republic of Somalia, received in his office Gen. Muhoozi Kainerugaba, the Commander of Ugandan Infantry, to discuss peacekeeping and peaceful resolution of internal and external affairs of both friendly nations.

The meeting was termed friendly by the Prime Minister of the Federal Republic of Somalia, where he thanked the Ugandan Commander and his forces for their untiring efforts for peacekeeping in the mission.

Along with it, the Prime Minister also praised the efforts and dedication of Commander Gen. Muhoozi Kainerugaba for his role in the African Union Mission in Somalia (AMISOM). Further, Prime Minister also applauded the general for his role in peacekeeping missions in Somalia.

Lastly, the Prime Minister also discussed the cooperation of the Ugandan Commander and his forces with the Somali National Army and committed support for peacebuilding in the region.
