Riyadh, 11 October 2021 (TDI): Mohammed bin Salman bin Abdulaziz, Saudi Crown Prince, Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Defense, received a phone call today from Prime Minister of the United Kingdom, Boris Johnson.
During the call, the two sides reviewed bilateral relations between the two countries and opportunities to achieve the common interests.
They also exchanged views on latest developments in the Middle East including the Yemen crisis. Both sides committed to foster their relations especially in trade and investment.
Boris Johnson appreciated the Crown Prince for his leadership at the G20 on the global response to COVID-19.
The Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and UK have worked to strengthen their diplomatic relations for mutual benefit. The two sides cooperate on matters related to politics, economics, and defence.
