Rwandan Foreign Minister met his Gambian Counterpart

Kigali, 28 October 2021 (TDI): The Minister of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation of the Republic of Rwanda, Vincent Biruta met with Mamadou Tangara, the Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of The Gambia.

The purpose of this bilateral meeting was to further strengthen bilateral cooperation between the two brotherly nations of Africa.

Along with it, the Foreign Ministers of Gambia and Rwanda shed light on aggravating multinational cooperation between Rwanda and the Gambia.

In addition to this, during the meeting, the Foreign Minister of Rwanda signed a General Cooperation Agreement with the Foreign Minister of The Gambia.

Both of the nations share cordial relations, and with this enhanced cooperation, both Rwanda and Gambia desire to work for a better economic future.

The meeting concluded on a friendly note where both of the attendees extended their desire to strengthen bilateral cooperation and work for enhanced multinational coordination.
