Islamabad, 15 November 2021 (TDI): The Ambassador of the state of Qatar to Pakistan, Sheikh Saud Abdulrahman, met the Prime Minister of the Republic of Pakistan, Imran Khan. The two discussed the relations between the countries.

During the meeting, both sides discussed bilateral cooperation and trading opportunities. They also discussed collaboration for common interests. Issues related to regional and international scenarios also came under discussion.

Prime Minister Imran Khan said that Qatar and Pakistan need to look forward to managing all sorts of different activities of mutual concern. He added that the two ought to strengthen bilateral partnerships in various domains.

The relations between the Republic of Pakistan and Qatar are deep-rooted. The two partners have signed various agreements in the fields of economic, political, trade, education, and cultural system.

At the end of the meeting, the Prime Minister of Pakistan wished the Ambassador of Qatar to Pakistan for his success in the future.
