Baku, 4 August 2021 (TDI): On Wednesday, Jeyhun Bayramov, the Foreign Minister of Azerbaijan, spoke via phone with Toshimitsu Motegi, the Foreign Minister of Japan.
Bayramov praised his Japanese counterpart for the outstanding level of organization of the Olympic Games. He highlighted the post-conflict reconstruction activities in the liberated lands. He also talked about the prospects for Japanese investors to engage in these activities.
The two sides further discussed how to commemorate the 30th anniversary of diplomatic relations between the two countries next year. Other matters of mutual concern were also discussed by the ministers. At last, they talked about the prospects of bilateral cooperation.
