Pakistan’s Ambassador presented credentials to Tunisian President

Carthage, 7 October 2021(TDI): Pakistan’s Ambassador to Tunisia, Tahir Hussain Andrabi presented credentials to Kais Saied, President of the Republic of Tunisia, during the ceremony held in Presidential Palace in Carthage, on Tuesday.

The conversation focused on how to strengthen bilateral cooperation between Pakistan and Tunisia through a number of multi-sectoral initiatives.

Ambassador Tahir Hussain Andrabi was appointed Pakistan’s Ambassador to Tunisia on 10th August.

Moreover, Ambassador Tahir Hussain Andrabi conveyed President Arif Alvi’s and Prime Minister Imran’s greetings to President Kais Saied.

Ambassador of Pakistan, Tahir Hussain Andrabi said I’m glad that Pakistan and Tunisia have come together on all major global issues. Historical relations between Pakistan and Tunisia will be further strengthened in the future.

Pakistan and Tunisia established diplomatic relations in 1957. Pakistan and Tunisia have signed a number of framework agreements in the fields of trade, tourism, culture, information, and industry.
