Pak Amb to Azerbaijan talks about Pak-Azerbaijan relations

Baku, 4 August 2021 (TDI): On Wednesday, Bilal Hayee, Ambassador of Pakistan to Azerbaijan, gave an interview to an Azerbaijani media source, Caliber.Az

When asked about the Baku Declaration, which Azerbaijan, Turkey, and Pakistan signed on July 27, 2021, he indicated that it will contribute to increasing dialogue and collaboration among the three friendly countries. As stated in the Baku Declaration, he also announced a second summit of speakers from the three countries in Pakistan next year.

He highlighted the collaboration between Azerbaijan and Pakistan in diplomatic, military relationships, social, and cultural spheres. He also discussed Pakistan-India relations in the future. He addressed the citizens of Jammu and Kashmir’s fear following the Indian actions on August 5, 2019.

In the end, he talked about the clear stance of Pakistan on this issue as it wishes to address the Jammu and Kashmir issue following the UN Security Council resolutions.
