Muscat, 29 October 2021 (TDI): Oman’s Undersecretary of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs for diplomatic Affairs, Sheikh Khalifa AlHarthy, received Bastien Lachaud, the member of the National Defense and Armed Forces Committee of the French National Assembly.
The meeting discussed the bilateral relations and cooperation between Oman and France. The Sultanate of Oman’s and French representatives shared new ideas and interests for enhanced cooperation and bilateral relations.

Furthermore, both officials portrayed their wills to extend the cooperation between Oman and France in all spheres of life.
France and Oman share cordial relations, and with this meeting, both of the nations want to further enhance their ties.
During the meeting, the Ambassador of the French Republic to the Sultanate of Oman, Veronique Aulagnon, was present with other officials of the ministry of Foreign Affairs.
The conference ended on a good note where both officials committed to working for better and enhanced bilateral cooperation between France and Oman.
