Islamabad: June 18, 2021-(TDI) Today, the newly appointed, Ambassador of Pakistan, Shujaat Ali Rathore, reached Spain’s capital Madrid to carry out a new diplomatic mission. On this occasion, the staff of the Pakistan embassy and a few members of the Spanish government welcomed the Ambassador with bouquets.
Pakistan’s Prime Minister Imran Khan approved the appointment of Ambassador Shujaat Rathore back in March 2021. Mr. Shujaat held various diplomatic assignments abroad. He previously served in Damascus, Birmingham, Jakarta, Washington, Beijing, and lastly, as Ambassador to the Netherlands.
