On the auspicious occasion of the independence day of Equatorial Guinea, Abdulla Shahid sent a message of felicitations. He conveyed warm greetings and sincere good wishes on the joyous occasion. Also, sent good wishes from the Officials and the people of Maldives to the Government and the people of Equatorial Guinea.
Male and Malabo have establishes bilateral relations in 2018. The two countries have been collaborating in the international arena, even before the establishment of diplomatic relations. They have been collaborating on issues of mutual interest at the United Nations. Maldivian Foreign Minister hoped that the bilateral relationship between the Maldives- Equatorial Guinea will continue to grow stronger in the years to come.
