Rawalpindi: June 22, 2021- (TDI): The Kenyan Chief of Defence Forces, General Robert Kariuki Kibochi, met with the Chairman Joint Chiefs of Staff Committee (CJCSC), General Nadeem Raza, at the Joint Staff Headquarters, Rawalpindi on Tuesday.
On the visiting dignitary’s arrival, a tri-services contingent presented him with the ‘Guard of Honour’.
During the meeting, matters of bilateral professional interest and further strengthening of security and defence cooperation between Pakistan and Kenya were discussed and the two dignitaries also deliberated upon the prevailing international and regional security environment.
The Kenyan General commended the professionalism of Pakistan‘s Armed Forces and acknowledged their efforts and sacrifices in the fight against terrorism.
