Kazakh President receives KSA Chairman of Advisory Council

Nur-Sultan, 19 October 2021 (TDI): Kazakh President, Kassym-Jomart Tokayev received the Chairman of the Advisory Council of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, Abdullah Al al-Sheikh.

The President called Riyadh a reliable partner of Kazakhstan in the Muslim world. The Head of State recalled that Saudi Arabia became one of the first Arab states to recognize the sovereignty of Kazakhstan. During the conversation, the prospects for expanding trade and economic cooperation were considered.

Kassym-Jomart Tokayev called on Saudi companies, to actively participate in projects in Kazakhstan. The Chairman of the Advisory Council of Saudi Arabia noted the substantive nature of his visit. He thanked the President for the warm welcome. At the end of the meeting, Kassym-Jomart Tokayev presented the Chairman with the Order of Dostyk, II degree.
